  1. 2/3 cup hoisin sauce

  2. 1 -2 tablespoon finely grated peeled ginger

  3. 2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

  4. 2 -4 teaspoons hot red pepper flakes (use more for extreme heat!)

  5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil

  6. 3 tablespoons honey

  7. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  8. 1 1/2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

  1. Whisk all ingredients together.

  2. Place the chicken in a large bowl or dish.

  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to completely coat with the sauce.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight. ?
