  1. 1 (5 ounce) package non-instant chocolate pudding mix

  2. 3 cups baking mix

  3. 3/4 cup white sugar

  4. 2 eggs

  5. 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  6. 6 tablespoons butter, softened

  7. 1/2 cup milk

  8. 2 cups flaked coconut

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix (dry), biscuit mix and sugar.

  3. Melt butter or margarine over low heat. Remove from heat and mix in eggs, milk, and vanilla until well blended. Add to dry mixture. Stir in coconut and mix well.

  4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet and bake 12 to 14 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
