  1. 175g prawns, raw and roughly chopped

  2. 1/2 garlic clove, crushed

  3. 1/2 tsp ginger, peeled and finely chopped

  4. 1 small egg white, lightly beaten

  5. 1 spring onion, chopped

  6. 1 tsp Blue Dragon Light Soy Sauce

  7. 4 slices white bread bread or 8 rounds French stick

  8. 4 tsp Blue Dragon Sesame Oil

  9. 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted

  1. Whizz the prawns, garlic, ginger, egg white, spring onions and Blue Dragon light soy sauce to a paste in a food processor. Chill the prawn paste in the refridgerator for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Toast the bread on one side, then lightly brush the untoasted side with the Blue Dragon sesame oil.

  3. Spread the prawn paste evenly over the toasted side of the bread and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  4. Place the toasts on an oven rack and cook in a preheated oven, 240'c (475'F), Gas Mark 9, for about 10 minutes or until the prawn paste is cooked and the toasts are crisp and browned.
