  7. 2 tb Olive Oil

  8. 3/4 c Dry Red Wine

  9. 1/2 ts Salt, Pepper, Sugar

  10. 1 1/2 tb Parsley, Chopped

  11. Clean squid, discard tenacles, wash bodies and drain. Place squid in a

  12. heavy saucepan with olive oil, wine, salt, pepper and sugar. Bring to a

  13. boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour. Remove from heat, cool, sprinkle
