  1. 200 g 2 egg noodles

  2. 90 g Chinese celery

  3. 25 g 25 g 1 pc

  4. 1 tbsp

  5. Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 1 tsp Corn starch

  7. 1/2 tsp Sauce Mix

  8. XO Sauce

  9. 2 tbsp Pure Sesame Oil

  10. 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

  11. 1 tbsp Water

  12. 2 tbsp Sugar

  13. 2 tsp Salt

  14. 1/4 tsp Chicken Stock

  15. Chicken Bouillon Powder

  16. 2 tsp Hot Water

  17. 500 ml

  1. Mix pork with marinade.

  2. Stir-fry minced pork, preserved vegetables, celery and dried shrimps in 1 tbsp oil until pork is done. Pour in sauce mix and cook until thickens.

  3. Cook Shanghai thin noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain and put on serving bowls. Pour over chicken stock. Put cooked pork and green onion on top. Serve hot.
