  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon zest

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Vegetable oil

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dried dill

  6. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  1. Recipe Instructions Place salmon in a shallow, non-reactive dish. Combine marinade ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill salmon directly over medium coals, basting with marinade, for about 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. This recipe yields 4 servings.
