  11. thin strips of cooked roast beef, turkey

  12. chicken or pork

  13. 1 cup cooked long grain rice

  14. 2 eggs -- scrambled w/out fat

  15. 1/2 cup diagonally sliced celery

  16. 2 tablespoons sliced green onions

  17. 1 large radish -- thinly sliced/quarte

  18. 2 tablespoons teriyaki or soy sauce

  19. 3 teaspoons dry sherry

  20. 3 teaspoons peanut oil

  21. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  22. 1/4 teaspoon honey

  23. 2 dashes dry mustard

  24. 2 dashes ground ginger

  25. lettuce leaves

  26. In a salad bowl, combine meat, rice, eggs, celery, green onions and radish.

  27. In a small bowl, combine teriyaki or soy sauce, sherry, oil, garlic powder,

  28. honey, dry mustard and ginger. Stir. Pour over meat and rice mixture in

  29. bowl. Toss. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves.
