  3. 9 inch pie shell

  4. 2 lb Sweet onions, thinly sliced

  5. 2 oz Diced lean Canadian bacon

  6. 3/4 c Plain low fat yogurt

  7. 2 Beaten eggs, or 1/2 cup egg

  8. substitute

  9. 1 tb Cornstarch

  10. 1 ts Caraway seed

  11. 1/4 ts Nutmeg

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. From Cathy Dorsey, New River AZ salt and pepper to taste Brown Canadian bacon and onion and put in bottom of pie shell.

  2. Combine rest of ingredients and beat until blended.

  3. Pour blended mixture over onions.

  4. Bake uncovered in a 450 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven and wait 10 minutes before slicing to serve.

  6. Optional: 1/2 cup shredded cheese of your choice may be sprinkled on top of pie before baking.
