  1. 2 cans (3 1/2 cups) fresh cut whole kernel corn 1 large jalapeno, diced 2 T butter 1 brick (8oz) cream cheese Salt Pepper Paprika

Melt butter in sauce pan over medium heat Add diced jalapenos Add contents of both cans of corn, including liquid Bring just to a boil, then reduce heat to low Simmer til veggies are desired tenderness Drain off excess liquid, if any Add cream cheese, salt and pepper to veggies in sauce pan Stir until cheese is melted and all ingredients are blended well Transfer to serving dish and sprinkle with paprika
