  1. 1 package of bacon (I love to get my bacon from the local farmers market) fresh ground black pepper to taste.

  1. Line baking sheet with tin foil. Lay bacon on baking sheet. Pepper uncooked bacon and bake for 15-20 minuets, or until crunchy. Pat dry with paper towel to remove extra fat. Crumble and store in air tight container for later use.
