  1. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Crushed ice

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Diced seeded watermelon - plus

  3. 2 cups 474ml Watermelon wedges - for garnish (small)

  4. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Diced ripe papaya

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sweetened condensed milk

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Sugar - (to 2) - or to taste

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh lime juice - or to taste

  1. In blender, combine all ingredients except watermelon garnish. Process until smooth. Taste for sweetness, adding sugar or lime juice as desired.

  2. Pour mixture into tall glasses and garnish with watermelon wedge.

  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
