  7. 1/2 cup dry white wine

  8. 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

  9. 2 tablespoons red or green hot pepper sauce

  10. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  11. 1 tablespoon honey

  12. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  13. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

  14. 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  15. 2 cloves garlic -- minced

  16. In small bowl, whisk together wine, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, oil, honey,

  17. thyme and cumin. Stir in green onions and garlic. Place meat or poultry in

  18. shallow glass dish and add marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate,

  19. 2-4 hours for beef or pork and 1-2 hours for poultry..

  20. 1 1/4 cups, enough to marinate

  21. 1/12 pounds of beefsteak or pork
