  1. 1/2 cup uncooked Rice

  2. 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt

  3. 1 quart milk, which has been warmed

  4. dash or two of vanilla

  5. 1 cup sugar

  6. 1/4 tsp. cinnamon

  1. Directions Mix all of the ingredients and place them in a well- buttered uncovered casserole dish. Put in the oven at 325 degrees for about 3 hours. Remove and serve. Add a little nutmeg on top to enhance the flavor as well as improving appearance.
