  3. 1 tablespoon Applesauce

  4. 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

  5. 1 tablespoon Molasses

  6. 2 tablespoons Orange juice

  7. 1/8 teaspoon Ginger -- ground

  8. 1 teaspoon Cinnamon -- ground

  1. Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Lay in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients.

  2. Pour over squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, covered.
