  16. 1/4 c (plus 2 tb) Aramanth flour*

  17. 1/4 c (plus 2 tb)Whole wheat flour

  18. 1/4 c (plus 2 tb) Soy flour

  19. 1/4 c (plus 2 tb) Rolled oats

  20. 3 tb Powdered milk

  21. 1 1/2 ts Salt

  22. 1 1/2 tb Vegetable oil

  23. 1 1/2 tb Honey

  24. 1/3 c Flax or sesame seeds

  25. 1 c (plus 2 tb)Sourdough starter

  26. 3/4 c Water

  27. -DIRECTIONS FOR 1 LB LOAF --

  1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

  2. Let the loaf cool completely before slicing.
