  4. 1 Tbsp. vinegar

  5. 1 tsp. salt

  6. 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

  7. 2 tsp. prepared mustard

  8. 1 garlic clove minced

  9. 1/8 tsp. fresh ground black pepper

  10. 6 c. potatoes peeled, cooked and diced 1 c. celery coarsely chopped

  11. 1/2 c. radishes sliced

  12. 1/4 c. green onions including tops,

  13. sliced
