  2. 1/4 c Oil

  3. 2 ea Garlic clove, minced

  4. 1/2 t Ginger

  5. 1/2 c Soy sauce

  6. 3 ea Bay leaf

  7. 1 ea Onion, large, chopped

  8. 1/4 t Pepper

  1. Combine, add meat and chill 12 to 24 hours before cooking.

  2. Makes enough for 4-5 pound roast or brisket.
