  1. 2 cups 474ml Turkey - cooked and cut up

  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Celery - chopped

  3. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Onion - finely chopped

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  5. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Sage - ground or 1 tsp dried

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Poultry seasoning

  7. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Pepper

  8. 1 1/4 cups 296ml Milk

  9. 3 Eggs

  10. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Bisquick or baking mix

  1. Heat oven to 400F. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2". Mix turkey, celery, onion and seasonings in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 seconds in blender or 1 minute with hand beater. pour into plate. Bake until knife inserted comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
