  1. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Water - warmed

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  3. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  5. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Whole wheat flour

  6. 2 1/3 cups 145g / 5.1oz Bread flour

  7. 2 1/4 teaspoons 11ml Yeast

  8. Pizza sauce

  9. Filling

  10. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Mozzarella cheese - non-fat

  11. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Broccoli flowerets

  12. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Cauliflower flowerets

  13. 1 teaspoon 5ml Oregano - to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Sprinkle a Pam sprayed pizza pan with 1 Tbs. cornmeal. Remove dough from machine. Roll 2/3 dough into 14-inch circle and place on a 12-inch pan.

  2. Mix together filling ingredients and spoon over dough, leaving a 2-inch border. Roll remaining dough into a14-inch circle and place on top. Fold edges over and crimp, sealing shut.

  3. Slit top with fork or sharp knife in 4 or 5 places. Brush with pizza sauce on pizza, warm the rest and pour over baked pizza when serving.
