  1. 1 pound ground beef

  2. 1 can Campbell's® Chunky™ Roadhouse - Beef&Bean Chili

  3. 1/2 cup water

  4. 1/2 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa

  5. 1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn

  6. 1 package (8 1/2 ounces) corn muffin mix

  1. Directions Heat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to break up the meat. Pour off any fat.

  3. Add the chili, water, salsa and corn to the beef. Spoon the beef mixture into a 2-quart shallow baking dish.

  4. Prepare the corn muffin mix according to the package directions. Pour it over the beef mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until it's golden brown.
