  1. 1 pounds Shrimp shelled and cleaned

  2. 1 1/2 pounds Cleaned asparagus

  3. 1 Thin lemon slice

  4. cup Sliced green onion

  5. 2 tablespoons Minced parsley

  6. 1 medium Diced tomato

  7. Lettuce leaves

  8. 1 ounce Grated Monterey jack cheese

  9. cup Salad oil

  10. 4 tablespoons Vinegar

  11. teaspoon Salt

  12. Dash cayenne

  13. teaspoon Pepper

  14. 1 tablespoon Parsley

  15. 1 tablespoon Basil

  16. 1 tablespoon Oregano

  17. 1 tablespoon Chervil

  1. DRESSING Cook shrimp; drain and set aside. Cook asparagus until crisp- tender; drain well. Place shrimp, asparagus and lemon slice in mixing bowl.

  2. Pour herb dressing over all, cover and chill well, stirring once or twice. Combine onion, parsley and tomato. To serve, drain shrimp asparagus mixture and arrange on plate with lettuce and cheese. Serve with tomato mixture. DRESSING: Combine oil, vinegar, salt, cayenne, pepper, parsley, basil, chervil and oregano.
