  1. 1/2 cup 118ml Mayonnaise - low-fat

  2. 2 teaspoons 10ml Taco seasoning mix

  3. 6 Flour tortilla - (8" type)

  4. 2 oz 56g Shredded cheese - low-fat

  5. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Thinly sliced cooked turkey

  6. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Tomato - thinly sliced (large)

  7. Leaf lettuce

  1. Combine mayonnaise and seasoning mix. Spread on each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Layer with turkey, tomato and lettuce, leaving about 2 inches at one side covered with mayonnaise mixture only. Beginning at side layered with turkey, roll up each tortilla.

  2. To serve immediately, cut in half. Or, securely wrap uncut burritos with plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 2 hours, cut in half.
