  1. 2 Knox unflavored gelatin

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Cold water

  3. 1 cup 237ml Boiling water

  4. 2 cups 474ml Sour cream

  5. 1 cup 237ml Wishbone thousand island dressing

  6. 2 Tuna or salmon - drained and flaked

  7. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Finely chopped onion

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dill weed

  1. Recipe Instructions In a large bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. With a wire whip or rotary beater, blend in sour cream and thousand island dressing. Fold in remaining ingredients. Turn into a 6-cup mold or bowl; chill until firm. Makes about 5 1/2 cups spread. Note: Recipe can be halved. Turn into a 3-cup mold or bowl. You may also substitute canned shrimp or crabmeat.
