  1. 4 ounces crumbled plain goat cheese (about 1 cup)

  2. 1 cup finely chopped dried Mission figs

  3. 1/3 cup sour cream

  4. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

  5. 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel

  7. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper Fresh basil spring Orange peel knot Keebler Wheatables Nut Crisps Toasted Pecan crackers

  1. In medium bowl stir together goat cheese, figs, sour cream, basil, vinegar, orange peel, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.

  2. Let stand for 10 minutes. Garnish with basil sprig and orange peel knot (if desired). Spread on KEEBLER WHEATABLES NUT CRISPS TOASTED PECAN crackers to serve.
