  2. 1 Tray chicken

  3. 1 Chopped onion

  4. 1 can small tomato paste

  5. 1 Red Chili

  6. 2 Cloves

  7. 2 Cardamom

  8. 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick

  9. 1 Bay leaf

  10. 1 carton Light whipping cream

  11. 1 tsp Dhania powder

  12. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder

  13. 1 tsp Garam Masala

  14. 1 1/4 tsps Chilli Powder

  15. 1/2 inch Ginger paste

  16. 6 pods Garlic paste

  17. Fresh Corriander

  18. to taste Salt

  19. Turmeric

  1. Heat oil2. Add red chilli, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, bay leaf till thebay leaf turns golden brown3. Add the onion and fry for two minute.

  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for 4 - 6 minute.

  3. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Sprinkle chilli, dhania powder, cumin powder and turmeric7. Cover chicken + salt (add water if needed) and cook for around 15minutes till 3/4 cooked8. Add can of tomato paste and cook on low heat9. Just before removing add the whipping cream and cook for a few minutes.

  5. . Add Garam Masala and corriander leaves11. Remove after a couple of minutes.
