  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 2 tbsp. butter

  3. 2 med. onions

  4. 1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck or top sirloin

  5. 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper to taste

  6. 1 c. canned, peeled Italian tomatoes

  7. 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  8. Ground pepper to taste

  9. 2 1/2 tsp. curry powder

  10. 1 tbsp. ground coriander

  11. 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas

  12. DIRECTIONS:

  13. 10 minutes. Add tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. If with peas, add, cover and simmer another

  14. 7 minutes. Serve with rice. Yields:

  15. 4 to 6 servings.
