  1. 1 box flavored couscous (garlic or Parmesan), cooked

  2. 1 can chickpeas

  3. 1 red bell pepper , finely chopped

  4. 1/2 Vidalia onion, chopped

  5. 1 English cucumber, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped

  6. 1 tomato, chopped

  7. 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves , chopped

  8. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

  9. Salt and freshly ground black pepper

  10. 1/4 cup olive oil

  11. 2 to 3 limes, juiced
