  1. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Brown sugar

  2. 1 cup 198g / 7oz White sugar

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml White syrup

  4. 1 cup 237ml Cream

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  1. Cook together all ingredients except vanilla until mixture forms soft ball when dropped into cold water.

  2. Add vanilla and stir until desired consistency to spread.
