Flour to mark cookie sheet

3 tbsp. butter, softened

3 tbsp. sugar

1 egg white

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/3 c. flour

DIRECTIONS:

3 inch cookie cutter or glass in flour. Press

4 outlines firmly on to cookie sheet.

400 degree oven

4-5 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Take out of the oven, set down on a heat proof surface.

3 second. Grasp folded ends of cookie; place center fold over rim of glass. Gently press ends down to bend cookie in middle. (Think about what a fortune cookie looks like.) Cool. Repeat with remaining cookies. If cookies become too brittle to fold, return briefly to oven to soften. Makes about 20. 23 calories per cookie.
