  1. 1 large egg

  2. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  3. 1 Tablespoon hot red pepper sauce (or Tabasco)

  4. 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  8. 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  9. 1 cup olive oil

  1. In a food processor or blender , combine the egg, mustard , hot sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire , salt, black, pepper and red pepper flakes. Process until smooth, about 30 seconds. With the motor running, pour in the olive oil in a slow, steady stream. The mixture will thicken. Refrigerate and ready to use.

  2. Yield: 1-1/2 cups Use with Hot Mayonnaise Glazed Scallops or other meat, poultry or seafood.
