Place Herbs in food processor & process unil combinned Add the rest of ingredients,season with salt + pepper process until almost smooth 2* spoon Salmon mousse into six 1\2 cup {125ml}serving dishes cover & refrigerate until required 3* top with Salmon Roe & extra dill serve with mini lavosh Than Enjoy Like My Friends & I Have Many of Times Guys I Have also used caperberries Insteadof the roe & Mountain breab sprayed with olive oil than cut into pc crisped in 180c -160C fan -fored oven for 5 min Any crisp cracker biscuit or bread
