  1. 1/4 Cup butter

  2. 2 Teaspoons lemon juice

  3. 2 egg yolks -- well beaten

  4. 2 Tablespoons half and half 1/2 Teaspoon drv mustard

  1. Preparation : Place butter in a 2 cup measure. Microwave at high (100%) until melted, 45 seconds to 1 minute. Add lemon juice and egg yolks. Blend well. Beat in half and half and mustard. Microwave at medium high (70%) until mixture begins to thicken, 1 to 2 minutes. DO NOT BOIL Beat until smooth. Serve warm.
