  1. 1 (10 ounce) package prepared pizza crust

  2. 2 cloves garlic , pressed

  3. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

  4. 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

  5. 5 cups romaine lettuce , thinly sliced

  6. 1 medium tomato , seeded and diced

  7. 1/2 cup red onion , thinly sliced

  8. 1/4 cup pitted ripe olives , sliced

  9. 1/4 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing

  10. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  11. 1/4 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese , divided

  1. Preheat oven to 425* Roll out dough into desired shape.

  2. Press garlic over dough and spread.

  3. Sprinkle with oregano and basil.

  4. Place on bottom rack of oven for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.

  5. While crust is cooking, place lettuce, onion, tomato,olives, and dressing into a large bowl and toss to coat.

  6. When you remove the crust from the oven, immediately sprinkle with mozzarella and 1/2 of the parmasean cheeses.

  7. While still warm top with salad mixture.

  8. Use remaining cheese to top salad.

  9. Serve immediately.
