  1. Recipe Instructions Heat small skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef, onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes until beef is browned, breaking up meat with spoon. Add tomato sauce and seasonings; cook 5 minutes. Warm taco shells in oven following package directions. Fill taco shells with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion.
