  1. 8 oz 227g Chicken livers cut in half

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/2 cup 118ml Soy

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Flour

  5. 3/4 Onion - finely minced

  6. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vegetable oil

  1. Combine lemon juice and soy sauce, pour over livers and refrigerated over night 2. Drain livers and dredge in flour.

  2. Heat oil in wok. Fry livers and onions together until livers are golden brown.
