  1. 1 1/2 cups boiling water

  2. 1 package 8 ounce serving or 2 package of (4 ounce 1 serving ) jello cranberry flavored gelatin or any red flavor 1 1/2 cup cold water

  3. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 1 medium apple -- chopped

  5. 1 cup whole cranberry sauce

  6. 1 package cream cheese -- (8 ounces)

  1. Preparation : Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.Stir in cold water and cinnamon.Pour 2 cups of the gelatin into a medium bowl.Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened. Reserve remaining 1 cup gelatin at room temperture. stir apple and cranberry sauce into thickened gelatin.spoon into 6 cup mold Refrigerate about 30 minutes or until set but not firm.Stir reserved 1 cup gelatin gradually into cream cheese in small bowl with wire whisk until smooth.Pour over gelatin layer in mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.Unmold .
