  1. 1 1/2c Finely Chopped Nuts

  2. 1/4t Cinnamon

  3. 1 T Instant Coffee Granules

  4. 1 c Sour Cream

  5. 4 ea Large Eggs

  6. 3 T Unbleached All-purpose Flour

  7. 1 c Sugar

  8. 32 oz Cream Cheese, Softened

  9. 3 T Margarine, Melted

  10. 2 T Sugar

  11. 1/4c Boiling water

  1. + Combine nuts, sugar, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch spring- form cake pan.

  2. Bake at 325 degrees F.

  3. , 10 minutes.

  4. Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.

  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  6. Blend in sour cream.

  7. Dissolve coffee granules and cinnamon in water.

  8. Cool; gradually add to cream cheese mixture, mixing until well blended.

  9. Pour over crust.

  10. Bake at 450 degrees F.

  11. , 10 minutes.

  12. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees F.

  13. ; continue baking 1 hour.

  14. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.

  15. Chill.

  16. Garnish with whipped cream and whole coffee beans if desired.
