  1. 3 cups 711ml Peanut oil

  2. 1 Egg

  3. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  4. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Flour

  5. 2 1/2 tablespoons 37ml Confectioners' sugar

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Pepper

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Salt

  8. 2 Chicken breasts - halved Skinless - boneless

  9. 4 Plain hamburger buns

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter - melted

  1. Recipe Instructions Heat the peanut oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat to about 400F. In a small bowl beat the egg and stir in the milk. Ina separate bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pepper and salt. Dip each piece of chicken in milk until it is fully moistened. Note. It is very important that your oil be hot for this recipe. Test the temp by dropping some of the flour coating into the oil. If it bubbles rapidly, your oil is probably hot enough; it should take about 20 minutes to heat up.
