  1. 1 cup bulgur , uncooked

  2. 1-1/2 cups boiling water

  3. 1/4 cup olive oil

  4. 2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

  5. 1 clove garlic , minced

  6. 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

  8. 1 cup chopped fresh parsley

  9. 1 medium tomato , chopped

  10. 1/2 cup green onion slices

  1. MIX bulgur and boiling water in large bowl; cover. Let stand 20 min. or until bulgur is softened.

  2. STIR in oil, juice, garlic and salt until well blended.

  3. ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
