  3. 1/2 cup raw rice

  4. 2 cups water

  5. 1/2 cup diced onion (or less)

  6. 1 lb hamburger

  7. 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup

  1. Spread layers of vegetables, rice and meat into a 9 X 13 pan. Season each layer. Mix water with soup and pour over it all. Bake at 350° for 1½ hours
