  1. 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  2. 1 1/4 teaspoons salt

  3. 3/4 cup Mayonnaise

  4. 1/2 cup buttermilk

  5. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery leaves

  6. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped green onions

  7. 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh parsley

  8. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  9. 1 teaspoon Emeril's Original Essence

  10. 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  1. Mash together the garlic and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a medium bowl. Add the mayonnaise and buttermilk and whisk to blend. Add the celery leaves, green onions, parsley, lemon juice, Essence, black pepper, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Stir to blend. Makes about 1 1/4 cups
