  1. 1/2 c butter

  2. 1/2 c sugar

  3. 2 egg s

  4. 1 tsp vanilla

  5. 1 cup mashed banana

  6. 1/2 c sour cream or yogurt

  7. 2 c all purpose flour (or 1 1/2 flour with 1/2 wheat germ )

  8. 1 tsp baking powder

  9. 1 tsp baking soda

  10. 1/2 tsp salt

  1. Cream butter, sugar and eggs (drop one egg at a time into bowl).

  2. Add vanilla Mix mashed banana, sour cream, flour, baking soda and baking powder together.

  3. Add the butter egg mixture into the banana mixture a bit at a time.

  4. Bake in a 350 oven for 55-60 mins until knife comes out clean.

  5. Trust me...double this recipe from the outset. This makes for a great breakfast on the run, snack or brunch table staple.
