  1. Green Beans With Garlic and Cherry Peppers

  3. 1 1/2 lbs green beans

  4. 4 tablespoons olive oil

  5. 2 clove garlic, peeled and minced

  6. 1 cherry pepper, pickled, cut into 8 sections

  7. pepper

  8. 1 tablespoon parsley

  9. Trim the beans but leave them whole. Cook the beans until

  10. crisp-tender. Heat the oil in a large skillet. When hot, put in

  11. the garlic. Stir once or twice or until the garlic browns lightly.

  12. Put in the beans. Reduce heat to medium. Toss beans in the oil

  13. for 30 seconds. Put in the cherry pepper and stir a couple of

  14. times. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and toss again.
