  8. 1 md Onion -- chopped

  9. 1 t Olive oil

  10. 1 lg Clove garlic

  11. 2 c Very hot tap water

  12. 1 c Sun-dried tomatoes -- not

  13. -marinated

  14. 8 oz Wagon wheel pasta -- cook

  15. 1 tb Parsley -- chopped

  16. 1 tb Fresh oregano -- or 1 t Dried oregano

  17. 2 ts Lemon juice

  18. 4 tb Parmigiano reggiano or -Parmesan cheese

  19. Saute onion in hot oil in nonstick skillet until soft.

  20. Meanwhile, with food processor on drop garlic through

  21. feed tube and mince. Combine 1/2 cup of the tap water,

  22. as hot as possible, with sun-dried tomatoes, and add

  23. to processor. Process to puree tomatoes. Add remaining

  24. 1-1/2 cups of water to combine. Add tomato mixture to

  25. skillet and bring to boil. Reduce heat and continue to

  26. simmer to thicken slightly. Add parsley and oregano to

  27. sauce with lemon juice. Simmer over low heat. Serve

  28. drained pasta with tomato sauce, sprinkled with
