  5. 118 1/59 ml chopped carrot

  6. 19.71 ml chicken bouillon granules

  7. 1 1/53 ml pepper

  8. 473.18 ml diced cooked ham

  9. 340.19 g can evaporated milk

  10. 354.88 ml Velveeta cheese , cubed

  1. Combine all ingredients except milk and cheese in a large crock pot.

  2. Cover. Cook on low 7-8 hours, or until vegetables are tender.

  3. Stir in milk and cheese.

  4. Stir until the cheese melts.

  5. *Be sure crock pot is at least 5qt or more.
