  2. 1 cup chopped green peppers

  3. 1 cup chopped green tomatoes

  4. 1 cup chopped red peppers

  5. 1 cup chopped green cucumbers

  6. 1 cup chopped green onions

  7. 1 cup chopped green beans

  8. 1 cup sliced celery

  9. 1 cup sliced carrots

  10. 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar

  11. 1/3 cup salt

  12. 3/4 cup sugar

  13. 1 teaspoon mustard seed

  14. 1 teaspoon celery seed

  1. Combine green tomatoes, green peppers, green onions, cucumbers, salt and 3 cups of water. Let stand overnight. Next day, cook carrots, green beans and celery in salt water 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Drain tomato mixture in a large Dutch oven (pot). Combine vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed. Bring to boil. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add all vegetables. Cook, uncovered, 15 minutes. Pack in hot jar.
