  1. 4 oz 113g Eggless fettuccine

  2. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz 1% cottage cheese

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Parmesan cheese

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cornstarch

  5. 2 teaspoons 10ml Butter flavored sprinkles - (butter buds)

  6. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Garlic powder

  7. Black pepper

  1. Cook fettuccine according to pkg. directions, omitting salt. While pasta is cooking, prepare sauce; combine remaining ingredients in food processor (or blender) and process until VERY smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Drain pasta and cool slightly. Mix with sauce and serve immediately (sauce separates if it stands too long). Add pepper to taste.
