  3. 3/4 cup ketchup

  4. 3/4 cup vegetable oil

  5. 1/2 cup vinegar

  6. 1/2 cup sugar

  7. 1-1/2 teaspoons salt

  1. In a food processor or blender, puree onion and lemon juice until smooth. Add ketchup, oil, vinegar, sugar and salt; blend until smooth. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 2-1/2 cups.
