  1. 1 pound(s) organic silken tofu

  2. 1/2 teaspoon(s) organic ground cinnamon

  3. 1/2 teaspoon(s) organic vanilla extract

  4. 1/4 teaspoon(s) organic ancho chile powder , plus more for garnish

  5. 7 ounce(s) organic bittersweet chocolate , melted over a double boiler and cooled

  6. 3/4 cup(s) simple sugar syrup (1 cup water and 1 cup organic evaporated cane juice crystals boiled together and chilled)

  7. 4 tablespoon(s) organic plain low-fat yogurt , for garnish

  8. 2 tablespoon(s) organic bittersweet chocolate , shaved with veggie peeler for garnish

  1. Place the tofu in a blender or food processor. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and chile. Add the cooled chocolate and cooled syrup and blend until smooth. Pour the pudding into your glassware and chill.

  2. Garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt, bittersweet chocolate shavings, and a sprinkle of ancho chili powder (optional).
