  1. Roasted garlic-herb potatoes.

  2. 1 - 2 lbs. small fresh red new potatoes

  3. 1/4 cup good quality extra-virgin olive oil

  4. 2 - 4 cloves garlic (again, depending on quantity of potatoes)

  5. 1 - 2 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary and sage

  6. Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine oil and herbs. Mince

  7. garlic or put it through a garlic press and add to oil. Wash the

  8. potatoes thoroughly, cut them up if needed, and toss them in the

  9. oil. Line a cookie sheet with foil, place potatoes on the foil,

  10. bake for 45 minutes, shaking the sheet once or twice to shift the

  11. potatoes around. Reheat at party if at all possible, but these

  12. are also good at room temperature.
